Essential Oils in Pregnancy - 2


This is arguably the most “relaxed” time of your pregnancy. Your belly is not in the way yet, you have the first worries behind you and I wish for you that you can enjoy this time of your pregnancy to the fullest.


Essential oils for this time in your pregnancy



Roll on for your growing belly Put 2-3 drops in a 10 ml glass roller and fill up with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil

Preventing stretch marks Put 2-3 drops in a 10 ml glass roller and fill up with a carrier oil Apply to the your belly daily as needed Helichrysum Geranium Lavender Frankincense Tea Tree Roman Chamomile

A spray for on the go 10 drops Cypress 5 drops Geranium 10 drops Citrus Bliss 10 drops Lavendel 10 drops Wild Orange Pour a carrier oil into a 50ml glass spray bottle and massage in daily

Back and knees support Deep blue Lavender Majoram Rosemary Wild orange Black Pepper Apply Aroma Touch with fractionated coconut oil to the back.


Support if you experience leg cramps Foot bath blend 10 dops Lavender 5 drops Geranium 2 drops Cypress

Night time massage massage 2-3 drops Aroma Touch diluted with a table spoon of carrier oil

Iron supplement

If you have been told to supplement with iron, research some naturopath supplements. Don't use Ferrogade C or Metafor. They won't boost your iron. I suggest you look into Ethical Nutrients Mega Iron.
