The Answers You Need

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 1 – 2 days for processing before your item ships. You will receive an email message with tracking details once your order has been allocated at Australia Post.

 

Emmi's Wave is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Emmi's Wave.

 

International orders are sent via Australia Post. You have the option to choose tracking or no tracking. Please get in touch before you order to discuss shipping cost. EW takes no responsibility if an item is lost in the post with no tracking number attached. International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes and the buyer is 100% responsible for any fees. International orders can take up to 3 – 4 weeks to arrive, due to customs.

 

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations. We will not reimburse the product for change of mind.
