Often the first question I get asked is "Which oil should I use?", but really the question should be "Is the oil I am using really pure?" Purity should be your absolute first concern, and here is why it matters:

Making the best choice for your health
I understand, choosing essential oils is really difficult. So many options are available and we find oils in supermarkets, department stores, and online. Everyone promises "100% natural", "vegan", and even "100% organic". I get it. We have the privilege to choose. But which essential oil will really make a difference when it comes to our health? Did you know that most oils do not contain 100% pure, therapeutic tested grades? Did you know that 80% of oils on the market are adulterated, which means synthetic additives are involved, or a cheaper, like smelling oil added? In many countries farmers can buy the seal "organic". Also, many countries have different regulations as to what they can do when they offer "organic". So can some spray their fields with certain chemicals three times, while others are allowed to do that ten times, and still are allowed to use the "organic" label.
So, what defines 100% pure, therapeutic tested you might be wondering? It means that these oils must be free of any chemicals, synthetics, or cheaper oils. Only when this is guaranteed you will enjoy the natural benefits of the plant. If an oil is not free from additives it can potentially contain toxic ingredients that not only offer little support for your overall wellness, but also pose threats to your health like rashes, burns or respiratory problems.
A pure, therapeutic tested oil will be tested each step of the way. Each batch will be tested by third parties to ensure that such high standards are maintained for the oil extract.
Other significant factors to consider when choosing essential oils are the plant source and how it was extracted, as well as how the farms and their workers are being treated.
I hope this helps you making the right choices for you.
