A healthy body starts in your mouth. That is why holistic oral care is very useful in times of lots of viruses. You know what I mean ;) Highly concentrated plant ingredients like essential oils can provide effective assistance and strengthen our immune system. 100% CPTG essential oils made from lemon, orange and tea tree provide also a pleasant freshness, without affecting your enamel. Mixed with sea salt, a homemade gargle solution (brine) is a simple, and quick way to help maintain oral health.

“Antiseptic gargling and nasal antiseptics are simple preventive measures that have got into the forgotten. Gargling has long been used to reduce upper respiratory tract infections and to treat bacterial / viral infections (e.g. strep throat, cold), but has become out of fashion. " - German Society for Hospital Hygiene DGKH

In the recommendation, the DGKH summaries various studies on the effectiveness of mouthwashes agains Sars-Cov-2 and comes to the conclusion that the viral load in the oropharynx would be reduced effectively. In a study by the University of Greifswald (Germany) that has run since March 2020, there were no transmissions to treating doctors after mouth rinsing with essential oils, according to board spokesman and infectious disease expert, Peter Walger. He adds: "It's an extremely simple and very effective measure with the simplest of means."
